If you work with Hydrofluoric acid (HF) you should know the first aid steps if you are exposed, use Calcium gluconate gel. [TBA] Battery Disposal

Option 1.) Used batteries can be placed in the identified recycling battery box in Chevron 234 near the door by Mary Beth’s desk. Please tape up the ends of the batteries, cover the terminals so the batteries cannot connect, heat up, and catch on fire. Option 2.) Place the batteries in a box and apply a completely filled out a chemical waste label to the box. Place the box in the 255 Chevron waste room.
